The possibility
Give the assistant the facts of your week — real time blocks, energy and limits — so the plan fits reality.
A plan is only as good as its inputs. Most unrealistic plans come from an assistant that doesn’t know how much time you actually have.
- Available time
- List the real blocks with lengths. Don’t round up.
- Estimates
- Rough minutes per task. It’s fine to be approximate; it’s not fine to omit them.
- Limits
- When are you too tired? What can’t move? What’s private and doesn’t need to be shared?

Keep it practical — the assistant doesn’t need names, addresses or health details to plan your week.
