The possibility
Judge a plan an assistant produced: find where it hides conflicts instead of resolving them.
A plan that looks tidy can still be impossible. Your job is to read it like an auditor: add up the minutes and check every priority landed somewhere.
- Do the arithmetic
- 195 minutes available, ≈235 needed. Something has to give — a good plan says what.
- Look for squeezing
- Workouts “combined” with paperwork, or modules split into 10-minute slivers, are warning signs.
- Name conflicts openly
- An unresolved conflict written down is better than one hidden in an optimistic schedule.
